What is the meaning of Tantra Sadhna?

Tantra Sadhna literally means decoding the system. ‘Tantra’ is basically a Sanskrit word which can be translated to the English word ‘technique’. In simple Hindi language Tantra means system.

If we approach the spiritual meaning of Tantra it comes near to ‘esoteric yoga methods’. The methods by which a practiser can attain some spiritual and unnatural powers. These powers mainly come in the form of knowledge or enlightenment. As we all know ‘knowledge is power.’

Black magic or Voodoo also come under these practices, but these are the darker side of tantra. Tantra is incomplete without Chanting and the Ritual objects. Just as the one who performs Yoga is called Yogi, the one who performs Tantra is called Tantric. A Tantric needs three things to attain spiritual awakening Tantra (Method), Yantra(Object) and Mantra (sacred verses).

To attain a spiritual awakening is not an easy task. It may take several years to achieve this state or some even give their whole life to gain such knowledge called sidhis. Sidhi literally means ‘to attain.’ The tantrics attains special awakenings in the form of spirits and certain entities. Both of whom can be used for personal and spiritual gain.

Karna Pishachini is quite popular because if a Tantri can attain this entity it can whisper past and present of any person to the practitioner ears. But it is said that it is a very dangerous ritual and if done wrong it can kill the practitioner or their family members.

How to practise Tantra?

First step would be to learn meditation. Practising meditation will help you to connect with your inner consciousness. The most important thing is to find a guru. A guru is someone under whose guidance you can start practising your meditation. To find a guru is not an easy task people often fall in wrong hands and these fake gurus can exploit you. If you want to do Tantra Sadhna there should be a self-responsibility to do your own research. Find a guru who has experience in meditation and other spirituality.

Tantras are basically very hard practice. A spiritual entity can be invoked. People can go to Himalayas or some other places of peace to practice such methods. They find it easy to practice tantra where there is no disturbance.

There are also some people who know how to practice it but cannot do it because of worldly distractions. Once a person just won smartly and experienced God but lost it because the devil distracted him smartly. But I tell you, remember you have to be prepared very thoroughly. You have to be tough on your path. It is not easy because the world is basically built by the devil to distract you. You can easily experience this distraction when you are trying to do something fruitful.

If you can’t find any guru then you should start practising meditation on your own. To meditate you must focus your mind to a positive thought. Positive thinking is very crucial in removing negativity from your mind. Always believe you can do it.

Let me give you a tip, if you are having bad thoughts in your mind while meditating keep saying ‘kill thought.’ This will help you to keep your mind still. You can also calmly command bad thoughts to leave you as you no longer need it.

Once you wipe out all the negativity and thoughts, then you can begin to chant special mantras. Prayers are also necessary. You can search for certain prayers and chants relating to your belief.

Now all these are just to begin. If you acquaint with meditation your path is beginning. You should know that you can meditate to increase your focus and mental wellbeing. But trust me you can go much further with the help of a guru. So it is up to you to find a guru to start your meditation journey.

Who should be the guru?

To give you a tip you can find your guru from your locality whom you know are very religious or there are also several gurus online on youtube. Find a guru with whom you can relate to your thoughts. If a guru demands money from you in return of teaching something, be very careful because they might take advantage of you. Mostly gurus don’t demand money. Some of them will ask “give me what you can give?” Or “What you want to give and you have to give them something you hold valuable to yourself. Be it money or your favourite thing.”

A guru will be a person whom your heart says. How the heart says? Let me tell you an example. Suppose you are searching for your guru. You will meet a person unexpectedly and they will feel like they are the one. But you have to be extremely honest when you talk with them. You will connect with them and if you are comfortable to do what they ask then you have a guru. But remember you will want to do exactly what they want you to do. So you have to give up something to gain something.

Why practise Tantra Sadhna?

Tantra Sadhna is very fruitful to your life. It can give you whatever you want to focus on. But the truth is you don’t have to be good or bad, stay in the middle path. The Buddha also talks about the middle path ‘the golden mean’. Suppose you want a healthy relationship with your partner and tantra will help you. You want control over your life it will help you. You will have to chant mantras under the guidance of a guru or spiritual person.

Different Poses of Tantra.

Some powerful Mantras.

Kleem Mantra: This Mantra is associated with goddess Kali. Chanting this mantra is believed to attract love abundance and power.

Hrim Mantra: A Mantra is dedicated to goddess Laxmi the deity of wealth and prosperity.

Om Shanti Shanti Shanti: It is the basic Mantra for peace and calm. Chanting it three times invokes peace in body mind and spirit.

What you should keep in mind?

Beware of the dark side of Mantras. Tantra practices if done for a positive change can bring homogeneity in your life. But for an evil practiser it can get heterogeneity. Just to make it clear positive thoughts join your life but negative stains your life. Negativity not mixes with you it stains you. Always remember a positive and slow change will always being joy and happiness.    Right words are also very important, let us take the example of King Midas he asked for the power of turning anything into gold by simply touching it. But what happened he could not eat because anything he touched turned into gold. Even he couldn’t touched his loved ones. So if you get the opportunity to ask something to the entity be very careful about it.
