I would like to remind one important thing, if you are on calcium dose tablets try to reduce it after a while because it can cause kidney stones. So drink a lot of water and exercise regularly. After bone surgery don’t try to sit quietly because that will stiffen your affected area. So just keep exercising what the doctor told you.

I want to share my experiences of a broken elbow. Back in 2014 I was young and wild. I had a motorcycle and I was full of energy. I used to drive wildly, just for the thrill which rushed on my blood.
Me and my friends used to have a lot of fun and we wanted to live our lives to the fullest. I had a new job and I was living my dream. I used to plan a lot and my friends appreciated me. For me life wasn’t just enough. I wanted to experience everything and that to quickly.
One night I just rode so fast. I just wanted to leave every vehicle behind. I was happy then suddenly on a sharp turn I lost balance because someone left some gravel on a newly constructed road. My vehicle lost balance and I tried so hard to control but my motor cycle skid on the gravel slamming me down on the Tarmac.
My elbow had absorbed all the shock from the incident. For a moment I couldn’t felt my senses. A vehicle stopped by and they tried to help me. But I got up and quickly tried to pick up my motorcycle but my elbow snapped. It broke into two pieces. My arm was twisted.
So whenever you are in an accident please don’t try to stand up quickly. It may do more damage than what might have happened. Don’t panic whatever maybe the situation.
A week later I had surgery and as my doctor instructed I followed. I did all the exercises he recommend. That helped a lot because you should always follow a good doctor’s instructions. The surgery placed two plates in my arm which helped me to recover quickly. In four month the plates were removed.
Though my arm wasn’t fully recovered but I can do everything I need to do. Lift mild weights, do push ups, work with heavy load. The doctors appreciated my recovery and were more happy than I was.
